The Director, Associate Relationship Manager, Business Banking, is responsible for cultivating and growing a portfolio of business clients within our target segment. They will primarily be focused on managing & expanding a portfolio of business clients, looking for opportunities to develop and acquire new business relationships, and client retention. They will work with their team to execute against our segment strategy, and contribute to net deposit growth, loan production, and expansion of revenue generating products and services. They will also partner with the banking center colleagues & other Relationship Managers within their assigned markets, in delivering an excellent client experience, looking for growth opportunities throughout the entire consumer segment.

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 USD to $130,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
