The role defines enterprise taxonomy, drives adoption across record systems, and owns data quality during migrations, partnering with IT, operations and finance leadership to standardize data across brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six years of experience in operations, program management, business systems or data governance roles, preferably within an acquisition-driven or multi-entity environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple brands, entities or operating companies from a single shared platform.
• Experience consolidating fragmented tools, vendors or data into a single system that was adopted in practice.
• Hands-on experience building and owning a business intelligence environment, including the underlying data model rather than dashboards alone.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise data taxonomy across all firms and establish standards.
• Document the mapping from each firm to the shared standard and maintain the enterprise data dictionary.
• Operate the data governance change process and communicate outcomes to firms.
• Establish data stewardship and arbitrate firm-specific exceptions.
• Maintain a single inventory of core business processes with clear ownership.
• Design the shared version of core processes and rollout across firms.
• Identify duplicated effort and quantify savings from consolidation.
• Own data quality across migrations and define validation criteria.
• Lead remediation of legacy data including deduplication and backfill.
• Design and build the cross-firm portfolio reporting capability in Power BI.
• Develop self-service reporting for firm administrators and managing partners.
• Document data lineage and transformation logic for audit purposes.
• Partner with Technology Trainer to reflect taxonomy in training materials.
