This role collaborates with sales, marketing, and operations to develop new Data Center products and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• Masters in Engineering or Industrial field preferred.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze emerging Data Center trends and customer needs.
• Translate needs into strategy for products and solutions offering.
• Define solution architecture and derive system level requirements.
• Lead engineering team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with customers, product management, and global stakeholders for scalable solutions.
• Foster relationships across business to ensure alignment and implementation.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
