Responsibilities

• Set and elevate the creative direction for video and motion storytelling.
• Direct and produce end-to-end video—concepting, scripting, shooting, editing, motion graphics, and finishing.
• Coordinate production across the studio and manage the pipeline from intake to delivery.
• Craft platform-native video for short-form social, long-form, executive, and event content.
• Collaborate with the masterbrand team to uphold Lilly’s visual identity.
• Provide direction to video producers, project teams, and contract creatives.
• Develop networks of contract videographers, editors, and talent.
• Integrate emerging production techniques and AI tools while maintaining brand safety.
