Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis is seeking a hands-on content creator for corporate social and digital channels. You will write, produce, and shape platform-native content, align with editorial strategy, and help direct short-form video, storytelling, graphics, and long-form blogs.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital & Social Media, you will own content end-to-end, translate enterprise priorities into engaging stories, maintain brand voice, optimize for search and AI-powered answers, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in social media, content creation, digital storytelling, editorial, or brand journalism, preferably in a corporate, agency, or newsroom setting.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly does not sponsor work visas.

Responsibilities

• Create platform-native content—writing, producing, and editing for each channel across formats (including short-form video, storytelling, graphics, and long-form blogs).
• Own content workstreams end to end from concept to publishing and performance follow-up.
• Translate enterprise priorities into clear, engaging stories that reflect Lilly’s voice and resonate with audiences.
