The role oversees a production pipeline, partners with masterbrand, and guides contract creatives, editors, and vendors while maintaining brand safety and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Video, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in video production and direction in corporate or agency settings.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Set and elevate the creative direction for video and motion storytelling across channels.
• Direct and produce end-to-end video—concepting, scripting, shooting, editing, and finishing.
• Coordinate production across the studio and maintain newsroom-paced speed with calendar timing.
• Craft platform-native video for short-form to long-form, optimized for audience and channel.
• Partner with the masterbrand team to carry Lilly’s visual identity into motion.
• Provide creative direction to video producers and contract creatives without direct lines.
• Help build and steward a network of contract videographers and editors.
• Collaborate with content, design, and channel teams to tell integrated stories in video.
• Introduce emerging production techniques and AI tools within brand-safe workflows.
• Build accessibility and brand-safe practices into every output (captions, color, rights).
• Work with Thread Collective on production and creative execution.
• Manage video assets, footage libraries, and production templates for reuse.
