Overview

Shape the future of our mobile experience! As a Senior Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in translating business vision into impactful mobile solutions. Working closely with our Mobile Product Manager, you'll define and deliver mobile product capabilities that meet customer needs and drive value. Collaborate across teams including technology, sales, marketing, operations, engineering, and product development, contributing to roadmaps and launch strategies with a mobile-first approach. Your understanding of market trends and user scenarios will be key to success. This role also focuses on enhancing service delivery through mobile self-service capabilities.

Responsibilities (Mobile Focus):

1. Drive Mobile Strategy: Collaborate with Product Managers to understand market demands and mobile opportunities.
2. Lead Mobile Delivery: Work with engineering teams to deliver high-quality mobile releases.
3. Champion Mobile Initiatives: Support key product initiatives with a mobile perspective.
4. Prioritize Mobile Backlog: Define and refine mobile features aligned with business needs.
5. Architect for Mobile: Ensure mobile performance, scalability, and user experience are represented in the roadmap.
6. Be the Mobile User Advocate: Understand mobile user journeys and needs.
7. Craft Mobile-First Stories: Build and document user stories with mobile acceptance criteria.
8. Participate in Planning: Engage in all phases of product planning with a mobile focus.
9. Support Agile Processes: Tailor Agile methods for mobile solutions.
10. Lead Mobile Beta Programs: Define feedback collection plans for mobile features.
11. Define Mobile Requirements: Break down features into actionable mobile results.
12. Collaborate on Releases: Define scope and delivery plans for mobile releases.
13. Serve as Mobile SME: Act as the mobile subject matter expert.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Business-related field preferred.
• Proven experience in software product creation or similar.
• 5+ years in agile Product Ownership, with 3+ years focused on mobile application products.
• Strong experience with Mobile Application products is essential.
• Experience with user story processes and mobile-specific requirements.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.
• Technical understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
• Excellent communication skills tailored to mobile products.
• Knowledge of agile and SAFE methodologies.
• Understanding of mobile user expectations and needs.
• Proficiency with common software tools and database structures relevant to mobile.
• Knowledge of IAM technologies and AI tools for product management is a plus.

Additional Details:

This is a remote position.

Salary Range

$110,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
