Job summary

Citizen Advocates is seeking an Associate Director of Community Living to oversee CL operations, ensure compliant, high-quality care, and support the CL management team. The AD reports to the Director and provides servant leadership to staff while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing business plans and budgets, driving efficiency, monitoring performance, ensuring timely reports, and maintaining OPWDD, OMH and OASAS policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare experience
• 5+ years Supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee Community Living operations and ensure compliant, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and CL management team.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans and budgets.
• Monitor performance, drive efficiency, and maximize resource utilization.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and compliance with OPWDD/OMH/OASAS policies.
• Lead staff development and performance evaluation sessions.
