Job summary

JEVS Human Services in Philadelphia is seeking an Associate Director for the Community Living and Home Support (CLHS) program. You will oversee two homes, manage staff, and monitor residents to ensure safety and quality of life.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in human services and 2+ years of BH management experience; a valid driver's license is required. JEVS offers a competitive benefits package and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field required.
• 2+ years experience managing in a BH setting; supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license is required

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency duties as requested in the best interest of the health and welfare of consumers
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Oversee budget, overtime, and coordinate maintenance needs of homes and assigned vehicles
• Train staff on policies and principles of Everyday Lives
• Serve as On-Call for the homes you support; may serve as the On-Call Supervisor across residential programs on a rotational basis
• Monitor health for consumers such as medical needs, doctor orders, and medication administration
