Job summary

We seek a collaborative leader with at least three years in COA/PCO, strong cross-functional skills, and a track record in oncology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in PCOs/COAs in a pharmaceutical company or consultancy.
• Experience in Oncology is essential; Neuroscience desired.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead COA strategies across Oncology and Neuroscience globally, with US and EUR exposure.
• Collaborate with leadership to raise awareness of COA roles in development and indications.
• Manage vendor and KOL relationships for COA projects, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Define project scope, timelines, and budget, including forecasting and financial discussions.
• Coordinate ethics submissions and FMV approvals for engagement materials.
