Job summary

Responsibilities include delivering trainings remotely and in person, coordinating CAPS proctoring, and ensuring programs meet KPIs while remaining accessible to service delivery teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• HS diploma plus 5+ years experience in SRH care and training with an emphasis on abortion care.
• Expertise in abortion and SRH care visits and patient-centered service delivery.
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and program coordination skills.
• Knowledge of virtual training platforms and training evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAPS proctoring programs for affiliate clinical staff, ensuring clear goals and execution.
• Develop comprehensive, accessible training programs across clinical care, patient experience, and equity.
• Deliver clinical trainings both remotely and in person.
• Collaborate with leadership to disseminate and improve programs based on KPIs and feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
