Job summary

PLANNED PARENTHOOD GREAT RIVERS is seeking a Clinical Services Lead to provide clinical leadership, training, mentoring, and scheduling for Advanced Practice Clinicians across PPGR health centers. The role partners with VP of Clinical Transformation to maintain quality medical standards, policies, and systems.

The position requires regular travel to all PPGR health centers, on-site support, and a mix of clinical duties (approximately 70% direct patient care).

Qualifications

• Licensed Advanced Practice Clinician in Missouri and Illinois with current licensure and certification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience training/supervising clinical staff is preferred.
• Commitment to Planned Parenthood goals and mission.
• Leadership/management skills to coach and develop staff and build teams.
• Strong organizational ability to prioritize and meet timelines.
• Excellent communication with clinical and non-clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for APCs and CFU staff across PPGR health centers.
• Assist in interviewing new clinicians and onboarding APCs.
• Train and mentor APCs in all PPGR health centers.
• Serve as clinical lead for staff questions and quality initiatives.
• Provide direct patient care ~70% of time; evenings/weekends as needed.
• Manage APC schedules, performance appraisals, and center staffing plans.
• Monitor patient scheduling for productivity and access; support staff training.
