Job summary

PLANNED PARENTHOOD GREAT RIVERS is seeking a Clinical Services Lead to provide clinical leadership across PPGR health centers. The role will lead, train, mentor, and schedule Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) and CFU staff, while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

The position requires regular travel to all PPGR health centers and on-site clinical support. Expect ~70% direct patient care time with evenings and weekends as needed, plus ongoing performance management and quality

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an Advanced Practice Clinician in Missouri and Illinois.
• Minimum 5 years relevant clinical experience.
• Experience training/supervising clinical staff.
• Leadership and mentoring skills to develop clinicians.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage schedules and performance plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee APC service lines and coordinate APC activities across PPGR health centers.
• Interview new clinicians and onboard APCs.
• Train and mentor APCs in all PPGR centers.
• Serve as clinical lead for APC and CFU staff inquiries.
