Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 9+ years in software or data engineering, or related roles, with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in managing technical teams and mentoring staff.
• Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning solutions.
• Strong programming skills in SAS, R, and Python for clinical data workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals or healthcare.

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Clinical Solutions Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will shape the strategy and delivery of technology solutions that support clinical functions across the organization. The role will partner closely with functional leaders to define the roadmap, improve analytical workflows, and ensure scalable solutions are built for a regulated environment. The right candidate will also guide a technical team while advancing AI-enabled capabilities and modernizing clinical data tools. Location: Remote Compensation: $177,000 – $221,000 annually
