Job summary

CENTRIA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Associate Director of Clinical Services in Phoenix to mentor Clinical Apprentices and Trainees while maintaining high clinical care standards. You will supervise clinicians, ensure BACB compliance, and lead through collaboration with directors and operations.

The role offers a strong compensation package with base salary up to $105,000, a signing bonus from $2,500, and monthly/weekly bonuses averaging $1,000+.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential and licensure in good standing.
• Experience mentoring BCBAs and Trainees.
• Supervision of clinicians with focus on BACB standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as supervising LBA for assigned cases with BCTs, coaching BATs and maintaining a small independent caseload.
• Drive training and mentorship of Behavior Analytic Trainees and supervise/coach staff.
• Ensure supervision complies with BACB standards and AZ Rev Stat 32-2091; conduct audits and maintain records.
• Collaborate with Directors to assign cases and support complex or high-acuity clients.
• Model Centria values and promote high standards across the clinical team.
