Phathom Pharmaceuticals seeks an experienced Associate Director, Clinical Operations to lead global clinical development programs and ensure timely delivery within regulatory and budget constraints. This leadership role oversees study execution, CRO/vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical Writing, Biostatistics, and Data Management.

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum of 8 years of clinical/operations experience in pharma/biotech/CRO
• Experience overseeing CROs, vendors, investigators, and external partners
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA CFR, EU Clinical Trial regulations
• Experience with regulatory inspections and audit readiness
• Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities; ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix environment

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee execution of multiple clinical studies within assigned development programs.
• Drive operational strategy and execution to support clinical development plans and program objectives.
• Manage complex studies across indications with DSMBs, endpoint review committees, and global vendors.
• Ensure studies are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations and company procedures.
• Oversee scope, critical path activities, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
