Job summary

Hemab Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Operations to lead operational strategy and execution for one program from early development through pivotal trials. You will own delivery of complex global studies, manage risk, and partner with scientific and medical colleagues to maintain speed and quality.

You will shape development plans, lead teams and external partners, and build the structure needed to drive timely delivery while maintaining ICH-GCP compliance and inspection

Qualifications

• Substantial clinical operations leadership across global development programs.
• Proven track record delivering pivotal trials on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end clinical operations strategy and delivery for one program.
• Translate development strategy into executable plans with critical-path analysis.
• Lead global site activation, recruitment and enrollment strategies.
• Hold CROs and external partners accountable for performance and budgets.
• Build governance frameworks and ensure ICH-GCP compliance and inspection readiness.
