Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
• Oncology and/or cellular therapy marketing experience preferred.
• Experience building, managing, measuring, and optimizing non-personal promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-personal promotion (NPP) content for HCP and patient audiences across digital channels.
• Lead HCP and Patient NPP planning and execution to support education and engagement.
• Translate brand objectives and research into engaging NPP campaigns with consistent messaging across channels.
• Manage day-to-day activities with the media agency and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant execution.
• Define KPIs, develop dashboards, and optimize future initiatives through test-and-learn planning.
