Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with biologics/tech operations relevance.
• Experience interpreting client requirements into program scopes.
• Understanding of budgeting, pricing, and program economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, design and pricing for CDMO proposals.
• Collaborate with Commercial Sales to review RFPs and respond.
• Define program scope, requirements, timelines with SMEs.
• Assess site capacity and scheduling to inform designs.
• Develop proposed program pricing using cost models.
• Deliver accurate, timely proposals to prospective clients.
• Translate proposals into initial statements of work.
