Qualifications

• PhD required; stem cell experience a plus.
• Minimum 15 years R&D experience in pharma/biotech/CDMO with 10+ years in leadership.
• Experience building high-performing, cross-functional teams and delivering portfolio results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver on R&D milestones including new product development and CDMO projects.
• Develop and refine CDMO financial models with Finance/BD for profitability.
• Plan and execute new product development and NPIs aligned with commercial goals, ensuring quality releases.
