Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Data Science, Higher Education Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing complex technology systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI/Reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Exceptional ability to simplify complex data for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead the collection and analysis of First Destination Survey data.
• Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for the AVP on department activities.
• Identify trends in student career readiness and employer engagement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Division of Student Life.
• Manage the maintenance for core platforms including Handshake and Uconnect.
