Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a HACM MR Program Director to lead the establishment of production capabilities for the Hypersonic Attack Cruise Missile program, coordinating across multiple functions and sites.

You will drive cost and schedule performance, manage supplier relationships, and deliver on critical milestones while maintaining security clearances and working onsite in Tucson with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent + 14 years of related experience (or advanced degree + 12 years).
• Active and transferable secret clearance required prior to start.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance using established PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish production capability for HACM to meet milestones with cost/schedule discipline.
• Lead IPTs and functional leads across Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, Operations and Security.
• Manage multiple major suppliers for on-time deliveries and cost adherence.
• Interface with customers and provide regular briefings to senior government leaders.
• Manage program estimates, EACs, and scope control.
• Implement risk and opportunity processes to drive performance.
