Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering degree preferred.
• 8+ years of direct supervisory experience in facilities operations/maintenance management.
• Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee University physical plant operations and 24/7 services, setting work priorities for the team.
• Maintain energy and water consumption records and develop monitoring indices.
• Review building data to optimize systems and implement energy conservation measures.
• Direct oversight of the Building Management System (BMS) and related energy programs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety regulations; manage contracts and renewals.
• Develop campus sustainability programs and coordinate energy conservation projects.
