Job summary

SMU Cox School of Business seeks an on-campus Associate Director of B.B.A. Admission to lead recruitment, manage application review, and support on-campus programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of work experience, with at least three (3) in admission and/or student services.
• Experience reviewing student admission applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and outreach to prospective students, high school counselors, and influencers; manage events and partner relationships.
• Evaluate first-year and transfer applications; participate in admission discussions and committees.
• Plan and execute on-campus recruitment events and coordinate content with campus partners.
• Develop and implement communication strategies for prospective students; oversee timely communications.
• Maintain operational excellence, track recruitment strategies, and support travel and evening/weekend events.
