Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, business preferred.
• Minimum three years of professional work experience in business or career-coaching.
• Experience with interviewing, hiring, coaching or recruiting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual career coaching to Cox students and alumni (2300+ total).
• Lead group coaching, workshops and career-related presentations.
• Plan events that connect employers and students and track outcomes.
• Administer and interpret career assessments and document sessions.
• Support BBA/MS admissions with yield-focused conversations and marketing content.
