Zusammenfassung

Nagarro is seeking an experienced AVEVA expert to design object-oriented models and digital twins for discrete manufacturing. You will implement MES performance, develop operator visuals, and integrate OT with ERP/MES to streamline production and inventory flows.

Join a team focusing on high-speed data acquisition, YoY improvements in OEE, takt time optimization, and scalable industrial analytics across multiple sites. Strong communication with production stakeholders is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Total experience: 13+ years.
• Strong expertise in AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA InTouch, and AVEVA MES (Performance/Operations).
• Hands-on experience in Discrete Manufacturing environments such as Automotive, Packaging, Machine Building, or Assembly lines.
• Experience designing object-oriented asset models and digital twins using AVEVA System Platform.
• Strong knowledge of AVEVA Historian, AVEVA OMI, Andon Systems, and production visualization.
• Experience integrating shop floor (OT) systems with ERP/MES for production order and inventory synchronization.
• Good SQL skills for handling production data, Work Orders, BOMs, and MES transactions.
• Understanding of OEE, cycle time analysis, micro-stops, Takt Time, and production KPIs.
• Experience working with industrial automation assets including Robots, CNCs, Conveyors, and Assembly Stations.
• Knowledge of high-speed manufacturing data collection, root cause analysis, and manufacturing analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with production, manufacturing, and operations teams.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop object-oriented models for discrete manufacturing assets using AVEVA System Platform.
• Build digital twin solutions for production lines including Robots, CNCs, Conveyors, and Assembly Stations.
• Implement AVEVA MES Performance solutions to monitor real-time OEE, cycle times, production losses, and micro-stops.
• Develop Andon dashboards and operator visualization screens using AVEVA OMI.
• Configure and manage AVEVA Historian for high-speed manufacturing data acquisition and analysis.
• Integrate 3D Viewer and PLC Viewer applications within AVEVA OMI for equipment visualization and diagnostics.
• Design and support OT-to-ERP integrations for Work Orders, inventory consumption, and production execution.
• Define and standardize reusable AVEVA graphics, objects, and engineering templates across manufacturing sites.
• Configure MES logic for production tracking including Good/Bad part counting, scrap, and rework processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and production teams to optimize Takt Time, equipment utilization, and overall production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing system issues and support continuous improvement initiatives across digital manufacturing environments.
