Western Reserve Academy in Hudson, Ohio, seeks Associate Director of Annual and Community Giving to lead The WRA Fund, a $3 million annual unrestricted support program. The Associate reports to the Director of Advancement Operations.

You will use data analytics, storytelling and segmentation to guide fundraising strategies, coordinate efforts across alumni, parents and faculty, and collaborate with major gifts and communications teams to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years fundraising experience, preferably in independent schools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with donor-centered messaging.
• Ability to work across departments with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge NXT preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Director of Advancement Operations to inform annual giving strategy using data and analytics.
• Use storytelling, segmentation, personalization and fundraising technologies to strengthen donor connections.
• Coordinate annual giving efforts among reunion classes, parents and alumni groups.
• Collaborate with major gifts team to increase participation and move donors to higher giving levels.
• Recruit, organize and manage volunteers for reunion, parents, young alumni fundraising initiatives.
• Collaborate with Communications and Advancement Services to support The WRA Fund across print, social media, digital and email.
• Manage a portfolio of WRA Fund donors through personalized outreach.
• Maximize Raiser's Edge NXT to monitor gift activity and generate reports.
• Think strategically about data to translate objectives into actionable lists.
