Job summary

Waterford School seeks an Associate Director of Annual Giving and Alumni Engagement to lead the annual giving program. You will collaborate with Development, Events, and Marketing teams to craft donor materials and oversee fundraising analytics.

The role focuses on engaging parents and alumni, coordinating volunteers, and expanding the Waterford Fund through compelling campaigns and stewardship initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in education and experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in development, nonprofit administration, volunteer management, sales/business development, or related field.
• Experience with annual giving and frontline fundraising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive annual giving plan to achieve fundraising goals.
• Lead Waterford Fund Council and faculty/staff campaigns.
• Execute alumni engagement strategy and manage relationships with graduates.
