Job summary

Waterford School in Sandy, Utah seeks an Associate Director of Annual Giving and Alumni Engagement to lead the Waterford Fund and alumni programs. You will work with the Development, Events, and Institutional Advancement teams to strategize and implement gift solicitation, stewardship, and volunteer engagement with parents and alumni.

The role includes managing communications, stories, and engagement activities, and coordinating with GiveCampus, Blauckbaud RENXT, and Almabase to support a robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years experience in development, nonprofit administration, or related field.
• Experience with annual giving and frontline fundraising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive annual giving plan to achieve annual fund goals.
• Create donor materials and collaborate with Marketing Communications.
• Maintain fundraising progress reports from the philanthropy database.
• Coordinate with volunteers and faculty/staff reps for campaigns.
