Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking an Associate Director of AMO FP&A for an onsite role at the East Hartford, CT campus. The role supports CE Operations finance, provides financial analysis to cross-functional teams, and leads planning, consolidation, and forecasting processes.

Candidates should have 12+ years in corporate finance (or 10+ with an advanced degree) and U.S. citizenship. The role emphasizes collaboration with operations and engineering to drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 12+ years of experience in corporate finance or an advanced degree with 10+ years in corporate finance.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Strong technical skills with OneStream and Business Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation, reporting and analysis of CE Operations financials and understand P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Coordinate month-end reporting and monthly/quarterly forecasts including entity rollup in OneStream.
• Lead the annual plan and long-range plan forecasts.
• Report monthly actuals and MML results to AMO, CE Operations and leadership.
• Analyze operational metrics such as cost per hour and labor efficiency/productivity.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with MRO finance entities during close processes.
