Qualifications

• 10 years of progressively responsible experience in statistical programming, clinical data engineering, or clinical analytics in pharma or biotech.
• Advanced hands-on R programming, including Shiny, tidyverse, data.table, and modular design.
• Strong Python for data ingestion, transformation, and automation.
• Knowledge of CDISC SDTM/ADaM and clinical data standards.

Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains automated pipelines ingesting clinical data from multiple sources with scheduling, versioning, and audit trails.
• Owns the standardized cross-study data model and metadata-driven mapping for onboarding new studies.
• Develops automated data quality checks and reconciliation workflows.
• Builds automated dashboards and data review tools in R/Shiny and Python.
• Collaborates with Data Management, Biostatistics, and Clinical Operations to drive adoption and training.
