Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Integration & AI Programming to lead the design and automation of data integration capabilities for clinical trials, blending clinical programming, data engineering, and applied AI. The position is remote for US-based candidates.

You will design automated ingestion pipelines, standardize cross-study data models, implement data quality checks, automate reconciliation workflows, and build interactive dashboards using R (Shiny) and Python,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10 years in statistical or clinical programming, preferably in pharma/biotech.
• Advanced R programming with Shiny and package development.
• Strong Python for data automation and app development.
• SQL proficiency and experience with REST APIs.
• Experience building interactive clinical dashboards and data review tools.
• Knowledge of CDISC standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated pipelines for clinical data ingestion
• Own and standardize cross-study clinical data models
• Develop automated data quality checks and exception routing
• Automate reconciliation workflows and develop congruency flags
• Build interactive dashboards for clinical data review and monitoring
• Develop reusable R and Python components for consistent outputs
• Lead technical initiatives and provide oversight for vendor resources
