Tiger Analytics, a global data and analytics leader, seeks a senior leader to drive end-to-end data programs for medical device clients. You will guide problem definition, solution design, and production deployment while coordinating cross-functional teams across US and offshore locations.

The role requires deep domain knowledge, strong stakeholder engagement at VP level, and proven ability to translate business problems into analytics strategies and scalable architectures.

Formación

• 13-15 years total experience with 7+ years in Medical device domain with consulting.
• Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders to translate business problems to high level analytics solution approach.
• Deep knowledge of the Medical Device industry and its commercial/operational landscape.
• Strong project management and team management skills with experience in global teams.
• Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms (plus).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytics tools (R, Python) and visualization (Tableau/Qlik).
• Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems (Hadoop/HDFS/Hive).
• Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics programs from problem definition to production deployment.
• Act as primary contact for client VPs and Directors, translating business problems into analytics designs.
• Mentor a hybrid team of onshore US and offshore data scientists and data engineers across time zones.
• Design scalable AI/ML pipelines and data architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Apply Medical Device domain knowledge to validate models and align with industry nuances.
• Present analytical findings and quantify business value to drive operationalization of AI.
