DEPT® is seeking an Associate Director, Project Manager, Adobe to lead client engagements implementing Experience Cloud solutions, including AEM and AEP. This strategic role requires coordinating Internal Services, Sales, customers, and Partners to manage scope, plans, timelines and resources throughout hands‑on delivery.

With 5–7+ years in enterprise project management, you will excel at cross‑functional leadership, proactive communication, and complex, high‑traffic launches.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, especially AEM/AEP.
• 5–7+ years in enterprise project management, delivering web apps or analytics.
• Client facing PM experience in an agency or professional services environment.
• Strong problem solving and leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements with multiple project teams and define requirements.
• Oversee project delivery, scope control, change requests, timelines and costs.
• Manage day‑to‑day project activities from inception to closure.
• Forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction through successful delivery of scope.
• Capture lessons learned and feed improvements back to the consulting practice.
• Coordinate escalations across sales, services and product teams.
• Identify partnership opportunities and add‑on sales across projects.
