Job summary

Adobe in the United States (Illinois) seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive enterprise solution development using the Adobe Experience Cloud. You’ll partner with customers, lead cross-functional teams, and own delivery from scope through execution to achieve defined objectives.

You’ll need 3–5 years in client-facing PM roles, strong communication with CXOs, and hands-on experience with Experience Manager, Experience Cloud, Marketo, and related tools to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of client-facing project management experience managing large technical implementations.
• Experience with Adobe marketing stack components such as Experience Manager, Experience Cloud, Marketo, Analytics, Target, Commerce, Workfront.
• Ability to translate technical work into business value and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and document project scope, requirements and integration points for solution implementations.
• Lead delivery teams and manage scope, cost estimation, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain governance, stakeholder communication, and alignment with customer value drivers.
• Forecast revenue, bill rates and project utilization; coordinate with Sales, Services and Product teams.
• Collaborate with product teams to evolve solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
