Job summary

Old Dominion University seeks an Associate Director, Admissions Systems and Technology to drive strategy for admission technology, including application management, SIS, and CRM platforms. This role reports to the Director of Admissions Operations and leads system integrations, data integrity, and efficiency initiatives.

The successful candidate will supervise technology staff, manage testing and training, and partner with campus stakeholders to streamline workflows across enrollment operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2 years of related work experience OR 4 years with equivalent experience.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Slate, Ellucian CRM).
• Experience with SIS systems (Banner, PeopleSoft).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project-management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for admission technology systems and oversee enrollment management tools.
• Oversee technical projects, system enhancements, integrations, and data integrity.
• Lead staff, manage issue resolution, and ensure training and documentation.
• Ensure adoption of systems supporting enrollment operations.
