Old Dominion University seeks an Associate Director, Admissions Systems and Technology to drive strategy for admission technology, including application management, SIS, and CRM platforms. This role reports to the Director of Admissions Operations and leads system integrations, data integrity, and efficiency initiatives.
The successful candidate will supervise technology staff, manage testing and training, and partner with campus stakeholders to streamline workflows across enrollment operations.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Admissions Operations, the Associate Director provides strategic leadership for admission technology systems, serving as the functional lead for enrollment management systems including application management tools, student information systems (Banner or similar), CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and Axiom processes.
Oversees technical projects, system enhancements, integrations, and data integrity initiatives while partnering with campus stakeholders to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. Supervises technology staff, manages issue resolution and testing, and ensures effective training, documentation, and adoption of systems that support enrollment operations.
Salary for this role will be $80,000, non‑negotiable.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., information systems, computer science, business administration, higher education) with 2 years of relevant work experience OR a combination of education, training and at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
Conditions of Employment
This is a remote position, requiring a traditional 40‑hour work week. Computer equipment will be supplied for remote work; high‑speed internet is the responsibility of the employee.
Should travel be required, budgetary constraints may limit where the successful candidate can reside. In addition, existing payroll limitations on locations a remote employee may work from could limit the selection of the final candidate.
