Job summary

Johns Hopkins University SAIS seeks an Associate Director of Admissions to lead recruitment and engagement initiatives through admissions systems, communications, events, and student ambassador outreach. This role oversees the Admissions Fellows program and serves as the primary administrator for Slate CRM communications, workflows, and reporting.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Five years progressively responsible related experience.
• Education/experience substitution per JHU equivalency formula allowed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of an area of specialization.
• Direct manager for a team of admissions staff, providing supervision and professional development.
• Chair Admissions committee process and oversee decision making for scholarships and programs.
• Deliver presentations and represent the school to internal and external organizations.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications on materials and digital assets.
• Travel locally and nationally for recruitment fairs, conferences, and organizations.
• Develop calendar-based recruitment and outreach strategy.
• Organize professional development activities for the Admissions Office.
• Travel and night/weekend work may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
