You will be thecentral pointof contactfor your clients and theconnector across NIQ’s full portfolio—Strategic Analytics & Insights,Panel,eCommerce, Retail Collaboration, Technology,Service Lines,and more. Through collaboration and leadership,you’llensure that your cross‑functional support team consistently delivers proactive, high‑value service.

Responsibilities
  • Grow and deepen client relationshipswith key decision makers, elevating NIQ’s presence, expanding solution adoption, and renewing existing business.
  • Drive revenue growththrough consultative selling, strategic account planning, and opportunity identification.
  • Partner across NIQ teams—POS, Panel, BASES/Innovation, Analytics, Technology, Consumer Insights, and others to deliver cohesive, compelling solutions.
  • Guide NIQ specialty sales partnersand service teamsto ensureproposals andinsights lead to client action and measurable value.
  • Manage your sales pipelinewith discipline,maintainingaccuratetracking in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Lead efforts to continually increase client satisfactionand strengthen NIQ’s reputation as a trusted, innovative partner.
  • Contribute to ongoingsalesprocessimprovementsandcommunicationswithin thegreaterEmergingteam.
  • 5–8+ years ofrelevant experience inCPG, sales,account management, category management, or market research/analytics.
  • Familiarity withdatasuch asPOS,Consumer Panel,Analytics,or related technologies.
  • Passionate about the CPGindustry, hungry to learn more and self-motivated.
  • Comfortablewithmanaging sales targetsandbuildingandmaintaininga pipelineof salesopportunities
  • Experience managingboth short‑cycle and long‑cycle selling motions.
  • Proven ability todevelop strategic account plansandengage& present tostakeholdersat all levels, including the C‑suite.
  • Exceptional presentation, proposal development, and communication skills.
  • CPG experienceis strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degreerequired;Master’sdegree is a plus.
Required Competencies
  • Strong consultative sales approach with excellent negotiation skills.
  • A team‑oriented, detail‑focused mindset paired with strong project management capabilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and lead within a matrixed organization.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is helpful.
  • A self‑motivated, growth‑oriented mindset—you bring the hunger to win, andyou’ll be supported with expert leadership and coaching.

This role has a market-competitive salary withan anticipatedbase compensation of the following range: $98,000 - $110,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
