Job summary
The Digital Software Engineer Associate role at MGM Resorts International focuses on designing and developing production-grade software to enable outstanding guest experiences. Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required.
- Strong understanding of UI, service, data store and communication layers.
Responsibilities
- Develop production-grade code through all phases from vision to sustainment.
- Partner with Product Management to build great customer experiences.
- Identify new technologies to improve platform performance and customer experience.
- Ensure consistency, reliability, and observability across services.
- Communicate effectively to align teams and resolve challenges.
- Deliver simple, intuitive products and assess tradeoffs.
- Build relationships across diverse teams and org levels.
- Model and act in line with MGM mission and values.
