Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for an Associate Digital Merchandiser who will drive the online shopping experience and product presentation for Anthropologie’s home decor and furniture categories. This role blends digital strategy, storytelling, and site maintenance to ensure products are visually compelling and easy to find. The Associate Digital Merchandiser focuses on high-level strategy and cross-functional collaboration while managing an Assistant Merchandiser who handles daily execution.

Role Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Strategy: Formulate the overarching digital strategy and manage an Assistant Merchandiser to oversee daily execution.
• Site Merchandising & Layout: Optimize category pages and Product Detail Pages (PDPs) using sorting algorithms, custom layouts, product recommendation trays, and "complete the look" styling features.
• Search & Navigation Maintenance: Manage site taxonomy, filters, and trend shops to improve navigation. Optimize onsite search tools and SEO to help customers find products easily.
• Content & Marketing Alignment: Coordinate landing pages, gateways, and banners. Partner with marketing teams to ensure inventory is available and aligned for featured promotions across email, the homepage, and social media.
• Product Launches & Inventory: Oversee daily product activations, campaign launches, and track inventory health for all featured marketing styles.
• Testing & Analytics: Develop website testing initiatives with partners, analyze performance through regular reporting, and spearhead special projects like integrating new e-commerce technologies.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field
