Job summary

Arena Technical Resources, LLC (ATR) is seeking an Associate Digital Artist to join our Oshkosh, WI team. You will collaborate with designers and clients to develop high-quality visuals for in-vehicle and web UI, 2D assets, and 3D renderings.

You will produce static and animated visuals for design reviews, marketing materials, and bids, while maintaining organized asset libraries. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, and post-processing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Art, Graphic Design, Game Design, Animation or related field.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visual skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teammates and clients to deliver high-quality visuals meeting expectations.
• Coordinate in-vehicle and web-based UI experiences within the design team.
• Create 2D assets for presentations, video, and 3D rendering.
• Develop renderings and animations for design reviews, marketing, and proposals.
• Create storyboards with cross-functional teams.
• Use AI tools to visualize concepts, vehicle hero shots, and animations.
• Maintain libraries of vehicle models, materials, icons, and UI elements.
• Contribute to AR/VR experiences to evaluate UX and ergonomics.
• Support intranet and marketing content with current projects.
• Produce isometric, infographics, and posters.

Job Title: Associate Digital Artist
Job Location: Oshkosh, WI
Eligibility/Clearance: US Citizenship required as this supports a
government contract

YOUR IMPACT:

• - Work collaboratively with teammates and clients to develop high
  quality deliverables that meet or exceed customer expectations
• - Work within our industrial design team to coordinate both in-vehicle
  and web-based UI experiences
• - Assist in the creation of 2D assets to be used in projects ranging
  from corporate presentations to video to 3D rendering
• - Create static renderings and animated visualizations of new or
  existing designs to support engineering design reviews, internal and
  external marketing, and bid proposals with an emphasis on schedule,
  quality and creativity
• - Develop story boards with cross functional teams
• - Use AI tools to visualize concepts, create vehicle hero shots and
  animations
• - Maintain libraries containing vehicle models, materials, icons and
  UI elements
• - Participate in creating captivating AR/VR experiences to evaluate
  design, ergonomics, cognitive load, and user experience
• - Support intranet and internet site content for marketing with
  relevant and current projects
• - Develop various graphic types such as isometric, infographics and
  posters
• - Perform duties in an ethical and professional manner which is
  consistent with the Oshkosh Way
• - Maintain effective communication with internal and external
  customers
• - Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various
  stakeholders about strategy, risks and progress
• - Other tasks and duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• - Bachelors degree in Digital Art, Graphic Design, Game Design, Animation or related field.
• - Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
• - Strong visual skills and understanding of key design principles
• - Strong attention to detail

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

• - Six (6) or more months of related work experience.
• - Experience in Maya, V-ray, Keyshot, or similar applications.
• - Proficient at post processing software (Adobe Photoshop, After
  Effects).
• - Experience with low poly modeling, UV mapping, and texture baking.
• - Experience with Realtime 3D engines (Unity, Unreal, VRED).
• - Knowledge of multiple 3D tools.
