Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. is seeking a Digital Content & Visualization Artist for a contract role in Oshkosh, WI.

The position supports the industrial design team with photorealistic renderings, animations, and interactive models, working on vehicle concepts with a mix of in-vehicle and web-based UI visuals. Ideal candidates have a strong art and design eye, experience with real-time 3D/VR, and proficiency in AI-assisted content generation while upholding high visual standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Art, Graphic Design, Game Design, Animation or related field.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visual skills and understanding of key design principles.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with teammates and clients to develop high quality deliverables that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Work within our industrial design team to coordinate both in-vehicle and web-based UI experiences.
• Assist in the creation of 2D assets to be used in projects ranging from corporate presentations to video to 3D rendering.
• Create static renderings and animated visualizations of new or existing designs to support engineering design reviews, internal and external marketing, and bid proposals with an emphasis on schedule, quality and creativity.
• Develop story boards with cross functional teams.
• Use AI tools to visualize concepts, create vehicle hero shots and animations.
• Maintain libraries containing vehicle models, materials, icons and UI elements.
• Participate in creating captivating AR/VR experiences to evaluate design, ergonomics, cognitive load, and user experience.
• Support intranet and internet site content for marketing with relevant and current projects.
• Develop various graphic types such as isometric, infographics and posters.
• Perform duties in an ethical and professional manner which is consistent with the Oshkosh Way.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, risks and progress.

for a contract with one of our premier clients in Oshkosh, WI Hybrid schedule 3x weekly onsite

Schedule is 8 AM - 4 PM

Top qualifications: Strong art and design eye (lighting, realism, layout), exposure to creating real-time 3D and VR experiences, and Proficiency with AI-assisted creative workflows and digital content generation while maintaining high visual quality standards

The Associate Digital Artist supports the team to quickly and efficiently produce visualization content based on engineering and design data to support customer requirements with oversight. Create and develop content using a multitude of digital mediums for the best balance of quality and performance. This role will visualize new, modified, or improved vehicles and showcase those concepts with photorealistic renderings, animations, and interactive models.

Required Skills

• Bachelors degree in Digital Art, Graphic Design, Game Design, Animation or related field.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong visual skills and understanding of key design principles
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Six (6) or more months of related work experience.
• Experience in Maya, V-ray, Keyshot, or similar applications.
• Proficient at post processing software (Adobe Photoshop, After Effects).
• Experience with low poly modeling, UV mapping, and texture baking.
• Experience with Realtime 3D engines (Unity, Unreal, VRED).
• Knowledge of multiple 3D tools.
