Associate Development Officer – College of Engineering
The Associate Development Officer for the College of Engineering plays a key role in advancing the Texas A&M Foundation’s philanthropic mission by supporting fundraising initiatives and building meaningful relationships with alumni, donors, and friends of the College of Engineering. This position works closely with College leadership, faculty, the development team, and Foundation colleagues to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors in support of the college’s strategic priorities.
This position is based on site in College Station, fostering strong collaboration with campus partners while supporting donor engagement across Texas and beyond. The Associate Development Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of alumni and donors, developing relationships that result in philanthropic support for scholarships, faculty excellence, student success initiatives, research, and other strategic priorities within the College of Engineering.
