Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced apparel designer in New York to support seasonal collections with trend research, fabrics, prints, and graphics.

The role collaborates with design leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure fit, construction, and brand standards, with opportunities to develop kids’ sets and selling tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in apparel design.
• Experience in kids’ apparel preferred; activewear experience a plus.
• Strong print and graphic design skills preferred.
• Proficiency in Mac-based Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of trends, color, fabrics, trims, fit, and garment construction.
• Creative, strategic, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 annually, based on experience
