The ideal candidate holds a portfolio of brand-building design work and has 5+ years of design experience in a design firm, ad agency, or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience in a Design firm, Advertising Agency or related industry.
• Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions.

Responsibilities

• Concept and direct design ideas of the highest caliber.
• Lead a team of junior and mid-level staff in an open and supportive way, providing clear and solution-oriented feedback.
• Persuasively present work and own client interactions at all levels.
• Provide strategic, innovative insights for the development of client deliverables.
• Conduct group ideation sessions.
• Understand the difference between creating a campaign versus a long-term ecosystem or brand vision, and execute accordingly.
• Efficiently manage multiple clients and deliverables at once, working proactively and independently, with minor support from more senior design leads.
