Job summary

Accenture Song seeks an accomplished senior designer to lead high-caliber design initiatives and collaborate with clients across multiple brands. You will guide a team, shape brand ecosystems, and translate strategy into compelling design deliverables, while presenting work confidently to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strategic insights, and independent project management in a fast-paced environment, driving growth and brand relevance for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience at a Design firm, Advertising Agency or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Concept and direct design ideas of the highest caliber.
• Lead a team of junior and mid-level staff in an open and supportive way, providing clear and solution-oriented feedback.
• Persuasively present work and own client interactions at all levels.
• Provide strategic, innovative insights for the development of client deliverables.
• Conduct group ideation sessions.
• Understand the difference between creating a campaign versus a long-term ecosystem or brand vision, and execute accordingly.
• Efficiently manage multiple clients and deliverables at once, working proactively and independently, with minor support from more senior design leads.
