Job summary

Accenture Song in Houston seeks a senior design lead with a strong portfolio to shape brand-building campaigns and long-term ecosystem visions.

You will lead a team of junior and mid-level designers, present work to clients, and provide strategic, innovative insights to drive client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions
• 5+ years of design experience at a Design firm, Advertising Agency or related industry

• Persuasively present work and own client interactions at all levels

• Understand the difference between creating a campaign versus a long-term ecosystem or brand vision, and execute accordingly
• Efficiently manage multiple clients and deliverables at once, working proactively and independently, with minor support from more senior design leads
