Accenture Song is seeking a design lead to conceptualize and direct design ideas of the highest caliber, and to lead a team of junior and mid-level staff with clear, solution-oriented feedback.

You will persuasively present work to clients at all levels, provide strategic insights for deliverables, conduct group ideation sessions, and manage multiple clients and projects with initiative and minimal senior guidance.

Formación

• Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions.
• 5+ years of design experience at a Design firm, Advertising Agency or related industry.

Responsabilidades

• Concept and direct design ideas of the highest caliber.
• Lead a team of junior and mid-level staff in an open and supportive way, providing clear and solution-oriented feedback.
• Persuasively present work and own client interactions at all levels.
• Provide strategic, innovative insights for the development of client deliverables.
• Conduct group ideation sessions.
• Understand the difference between creating a campaign versus a long-term ecosystem or brand vision, and execute accordingly.
• Efficiently manage multiple clients and deliverables at once, working proactively and independently, with minor support from more senior design leads.
