Key qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work or related human services field
• Four years of administrative child welfare experience with MSW, or five years with related master's degree
• Three years of professional experience in project management
• Three years managing Continuous Quality Improvement programs using Plan/Do/Check/Act cycles
• Three years of experience evaluating program performance in child welfare
• Ability to pass background check and maintain valid driver's license
